Welcome to the blog for the RIN Scholarly Communications Toolkit project. See the About page for a brief overview of what we are trying to achieve.
We are planning to use the blog to update interested parties on the status and development of the project. Perhaps more interestingly, we hope that it can also become a place to collect and record ideas for what should be included in the Toolkit, what form it should take, what kinds of features, and so on.
